I didn't move here for the beach. I grew up here.

My story starts in Clearwater, but by the time I was forming memories, I was already a child of the Emerald Coast — barefoot on nature trails, finding rope swings with friends, learning to read the water, and growing up in local schools the same way my daughters are now. I went to college at Northwest Florida State. I raised my family here. Long before Scenic 30-A became what it is today, I was living on that quiet stretch of highway, watching it transform season by season from a sleepy road into one of the most coveted addresses in the South.

I know the sound your feet make when you walk across quartz crystal sand — that soft, unmistakable squeak that surprises first-time visitors every single time. I know which months the sand gets hot enough to send you sprinting for the water, and why you never have to worry about your flip-flops at the beach entrance because nobody can walk in them anyway. I know about love bug season in October and their inexplicable obsession with white buildings. I know the quiet weeks after the tourists head home when the water is perfect and the beach is yours. I know when to avoid the Gulf for June grass, which native plants your ARB will approve and which ones they won't, and exactly what the sky does over the bay during a sunset when the light breaks through the clouds just right. I know the bayou-side restaurants where the boaters pull up on sunny afternoons for a fresh cocktail and whatever came off the boat that morning.

My real estate career began in my early twenties as a transactional assistant to the broker-owners of one of Destin's top-producing firms — working alongside the President of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and eventually supporting the area's number one and two producers at a high-end resort community through multiple simultaneous closings. When I went independent, I produced over $2.5 million in sales my first year. Since then I've worked as a Marketing Director for a real estate developer, freelanced in graphic design for other agents, operated a boutique business in the mountains of North Carolina, and spent more than two decades running operations and bookkeeping for a high-end landscape contracting company whose clients build along 30-A. I've seen this market from nearly every angle — developer, agent, operator, and homeowner.

I hold the GRI designation and serve buyers and sellers across Walton and Okaloosa Counties — Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, Scenic 30-A, Destin, Sandestin, and Niceville.
