I didn't move here for the beach. I grew up here.

My story starts in South Florida, but by the time I was forming memories, I was already a child of the Emerald Coast — barefoot on nature trails, finding rope swings with friends, learning to read the water, and growing up in local schools the same way my daughters are now. I went to college at Northwest Florida State. I raised my family here. Long before Scenic 30-A became what it is today, I was living on that quiet stretch of highway, watching it transform season by season from a sleepy road into one of the most coveted addresses in the South.

I know the bayou-side restaurants where the boaters pull up on sunny afternoons for a fresh cocktail and whatever came off the boat that morning.

My real estate career began in my early twenties as a transactional assistant to the broker-owners of one of Destin's top-producing firms — working alongside the President of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and eventually supporting the area's number one and two producers at a high-end resort community through multiple simultaneous closings. When I went independent, I produced over $2.5 million in sales my first year. Since then I've worked as a Marketing Director for a real estate developer, freelanced in graphic design for other agents, operated a boutique business in the mountains of North Carolina, and spent more than two decades running operations and bookkeeping for a high-end landscape contracting company whose clients build along 30-A. I've seen this market from nearly every angle — developer, agent, operator, and homeowner.

I hold the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and serve buyers and sellers across Scenic 30-A to include Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Watersound, Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach to Blue Mountain Beach and surrounding areas.
